Key Responsibilities

As a Dishwasher at Olivetta, your duties will include:

• Operating dishwashing machines and hand-washing pots and pans.
• Ensuring all equipment and dish areas are cleaned according to sanitation standards.
• Emptying grease traps, cleaning floors, and managing garbage and recycling.
• Restocking clean dishes and maintaining bus stations.
• Using cleaning chemicals safely and correctly.
• Lifting up to 35 lbs and working in hot and cold environments (0–110°F).

Qualifications & Skills
