- Deep understanding of product development life cycle, legal, financial, and operational aspects of Supply Chain Finance
- Proven stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence internal and external partners
- Strong leadership and decision-making skills to navigate complex business environments
- Experience working in a matrixed organization preferred
- Knowledge of North American markets, including Canada and Latin America, is an advantage
