Core Responsibilities

• Develop and implement product strategy and vision to address regional market needs and ensure sustainable growth
• Lead market research and discovery efforts to integrate customer feedback into product roadmaps
• Manage product backlog to align with strategic goals and respond to regulatory and macro-economic changes
• Oversee P&L, revenue goals, and cost management to maximize product profitability
• Collaborate globally to design, market, and launch new products and system enhancements
• Lead compliance and legal discussions to ensure products meet evolving jurisdictional requirements
• Drive country and currency expansions within North America and beyond

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in Supply Chain Finance or Structured Working Capital product management
• Deep understanding of product development life cycle, legal, financial, and operational aspects of Supply Chain Finance
• Proven stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence internal and external partners
• Strong leadership and decision-making skills to navigate complex business environments
• Experience working in a matrixed organization preferred
• Knowledge of North American markets, including Canada and Latin America, is an advantage
